GRC Limited reaches settlement on Jadewin loan dispute

GRC Limited said on Dec, 10 2025 that it has reached a settlement with the liquidators of Jadewin Smooth Limited, leading to the discontinuance of a court application against the company and its wholly owned subsidiary, OKH Holdings Pte Ltd.

The liquidators have withdrawn their request for disclosure of documents related to Jadewin’s indebtedness, with no relief granted and no order as to costs.

GRC Limited stated that the settlement is not expected to materially affect its net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for the financial year ending Jun, 30 2026.
