Strategic rationale Management aims to enhance returns on temporary idle funds without compromising capital security or near-term liquidity. After comparing market quotations, the Board determined that the XIB products offered relatively attractive, low-risk yields aligned with the Group’s cash-management policy.

Background on counterparties XIB is a licensed PRC commercial bank headquartered in Xiamen. Its largest shareholder, Fujian Futou Investment Limited Liability Company, holds 11.82% and is ultimately controlled by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Fujian Province. Tongdao Liepin confirmed that XIB and its ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties.
