MOS HOUSE has announced its financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026.

The company reported revenue of HK$114 million, representing a 4.31% year-on-year increase.

However, the net loss attributable to owners expanded significantly to HK$18.085 million, which is 431.91% greater than the loss recorded in the previous corresponding period.

The basic loss per share was HK6.26 cents.

MOS HOUSE stated that the increase in net loss was primarily due to two main factors.

Firstly, the gross profit from sales of tiles and sanitary ware decreased by approximately HK$8.1 million.

Secondly, a non-cash impairment loss of about HK$14 million was recognized on the company's interest in an associate.

These negative impacts were partially offset by improvements in other operating expenses and finance costs during the year.

A reduction of approximately HK$7.9 million in the fair value loss on investment properties also helped to mitigate the overall loss figure.
