EPRINT GROUP (01884) announced that due to a failure to reach an agreement on proposed audit fees for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, the company has decided to change its auditor. At the company's request, PricewaterhouseCoopers has agreed to resign as auditor, effective December 12, 2025.
