CH TREASURES NM (02439) has announced that all conditions under the placement agreement and supplementary placement agreement have been fulfilled, with completion taking place on April 22, 2026. A total of 200 million placement shares, representing 20% of the company's existing issued share capital of 1 billion shares as of the placement agreement date, and approximately 16.67% of the enlarged issued share capital of 1.2 billion shares following the allotment and issue of the placement shares, have been successfully placed with no fewer than six placees.
