Hongxing Coldchain (Hunan) Co., Ltd. announced a proposal to revise its Articles of Association to reflect an expanded business scope aligned with the group’s development strategy.

The board has resolved to seek shareholder approval for the amendments via special resolution at the annual general meeting scheduled for 26 June 2026. If approved, the changes will take effect immediately.

In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.51(1), a supplemental circular detailing the proposed revisions and a supplemental AGM notice will be dispatched to shareholders on or before 5 June 2026.

The board currently comprises nine directors—two executive, four non-executive (including Chairman Luo Yue), and three independent non-executive directors.

The Chinese version of the amendments will prevail in the event of discrepancies with the English translation.
