HSBC Issues EUR3.75 Billion Senior Unsecured Notes; Securities Listed on London Stock Exchange

HSBC Holdings plc (HSBC) has completed the issuance of three euro-denominated senior unsecured note tranches with an aggregate principal amount of EUR3.75 billion under its Debt Issuance Programme. All series were admitted to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 22 September 2026 after being added to the Financial Conduct Authority’s Official List.

Key Offering Details • EUR1.00 billion Floating Rate Notes due 2030 (ISIN: XS3504856603). • EUR1.25 billion 4.431% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Notes due 2032 (ISIN: XS3504856868). • EUR1.50 billion 4.777% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Notes due 2037 (ISIN: XS3504857080).

Regulatory & Listing Information • The notes were issued in line with PRM 1.5.2R and PRM 1.5.3R of the FCA Prospectus Rules. • Each series was listed on the FCA’s Official List and commenced trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market on 22 September 2026. • The issuance was made pursuant to HSBC’s Debt Issuance Programme, supported by a base prospectus dated 30 March 2026 and supplements dated 5 May 2026 and 4 August 2026.
