From 8 May to 26 June 2026 the company repurchased 169,000 shares for cancellation at prices ranging between HKD 2.62 and HKD 2.86 per share. In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, Tenfu is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 26 July 2026, 30 days after the most recent repurchase. All repurchases were approved by the board, funded from internal resources and executed in compliance with the Main Board Listing Rules.
