Century Sunshine Group Holdings Limited (509) released supplemental information regarding its resumption progress. The announcement highlighted several outstanding audit confirmations from banks and financial institutions totaling approximately RMB473 million. Three of these confirmations, amounting to RMB336 million in principal, were reissued in early October 2025 to assignees of the associated borrowings and await responses. The remaining confirmations, involving RMB137 million, primarily concern two subsidiaries under court liquidation proceedings in the PRC.

The company disclosed that the Auditor has completed alternative procedures for unresponsive third-party debtors and creditors. Efforts are ongoing with the auditor to resolve outstanding confirmations, aiming to complete all required audit procedures. Trading in the company’s shares remains suspended from 1 April 2025 until all resumption guidance is met and compliance with listing requirements is achieved.
