Readboy Education Holding Company Limited will convene its board of directors on 28 August 2026 in Hong Kong to deliberate the group’s interim financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes approval for the publication of these results and consideration of an interim dividend distribution.

The meeting will be chaired by Qin Shuguang, who serves as both Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The current board comprises two executive directors (Qin Shuguang and Liu Zhilan), two non-executive directors (Chen Zhiyong and Shen Jianfei) and three independent non-executive directors (Li Manfang, Kong Fanhua and Prof. Li Renfa).
