The company recommends electronic dissemination and reminds investors that maintaining a functional email address is each shareholder’s responsibility. If no valid email is on record, WKK International (Holdings) will continue to send (i) written notifications of online publication and (ii) all future actionable corporate communications in printed form by post until an updated email is provided. Each request for printed copies remains valid for one year unless revoked or superseded.
