WANKA ONLINE (01762) announced that on August 29, 2025, the group's indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary, Suzhou Longying Software Development Co., Ltd., formally signed a comprehensive cooperation memorandum with Alibaba Cloud Computing Limited (Alibaba Cloud).

The company has officially reached comprehensive cooperation with Alibaba Cloud, leveraging Alibaba Cloud's Tongyi Qianwen large language model and global cloud infrastructure, combined with the group's deep expertise in mobile advertising and mobile manufacturer ecosystems, to jointly create dual engines of "AI Marketing Agent" and "AI Mobile Agent," driving intelligent upgrades across the global marketing industry.

The cooperation plan aims to be established through the following approaches:

1. Joint Research and Development: Alibaba Cloud will deploy large language model experts and solution architects to the group's Beijing and Suzhou dual R&D centers, establishing the "WANKA AI Marketing Laboratory."

2. Joint Overseas Expansion: Sharing Alibaba Cloud's 18 international regional nodes and the group's overseas localization experience to provide "one-stop AI marketing overseas expansion" solutions.

The board of directors believes that this comprehensive cooperation will further consolidate the group's leading position in the "AI+Marketing" sector and, by leveraging Alibaba Cloud's global cloud infrastructure and large language model technology, accelerate the construction of a globalized agent ecosystem, creating long-term sustainable value for shareholders and serving the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.
