QIDIAN GUOFENG (01280) announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Guizhou Renhuai have entered into an advertising agreement with Junxiang. Under the agreement, Guizhou Renhuai has appointed Junxiang to provide services for a three-year term, with a total consideration of RMB 450 million. The first year's consideration of RMB 150 million will be settled through the company's issuance and allotment of 33.61 million consideration shares to Junxiang.
