Beisen completes HKD 0.90 million on-market buyback; treasury shares rise to 18.68 million

Beisen Holding Limited repurchased 300,000 ordinary shares on 16 September 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying a volume-weighted average of HKD 3.01 per share within a price range of HKD 2.99–3.05. The transaction cost totalled HKD 0.90 million.

The buyback represents 0.0417 % of Beisen’s outstanding share capital (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction. Post-repurchase, the company’s issued share capital remains at 738.08 million shares, comprising 719.40 million outstanding shares and 18.68 million treasury shares.

The shares were retained as treasury stock; no shares were cancelled. The repurchase falls under the mandate approved on 18 September 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 70.12 million shares. To date, Beisen has repurchased 23.45 million shares under this mandate, equating to 3.34 % of the share count at the mandate’s approval date.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Beisen is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 16 October 2026.
