EPRINT GROUP (01884) announced that it has decided to change its auditor after failing to reach an agreement with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) regarding the proposed audit fees for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has approved the appointment of Dahsin Liang & Co. (HK) CPA Limited as the new auditor to fill the vacancy left by PwC's resignation.
