DADI EDU announced that on February 6, 2026, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, DADI Education Group, intends to acquire 100% of the issued shares of YanYi Education Limited from Ms. Tang Guifen and Ms. Huang Miaoling for a consideration of HK$530,000. The target company fully owns Huishi, which has obtained a school registration certificate under Section 13 of the Education Ordinance of Hong Kong. The acquisition is expected to reduce the time required to meet the criteria for relevant certifications and will enable the integration of Huishi's existing students and teaching staff.
