MPACT Issues 3.21 Million New Units to Manager for Fee Payment

Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust announced on May, 12 2026 that it has issued 3.213586 million new units to its manager, MPACT Management Ltd., at 1.3274 Singapore dollars per unit.

The units were issued as 40% of the base management fee for the period from Jan, 01 2026 to Mar, 31 2026, with the balance settled in cash.

Following the transaction, the manager’s holding stands at 160.705225 million units, and the trust’s total outstanding units have increased to 5.284369726 billion.
