Due to a board restructuring initiated by the administrator in connection with the restructuring of the company's controlling shareholder, he resigned from the following positions: Executive Director; member of both the Executive Committee and the Strategy and Investment Committee of the board; and the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. His resignation took effect from May 12, 2026. (ii) A resignation letter from Mr. Ju Qinghao. To devote more time to his other business commitments, he resigned from the following positions: Executive Director; and member of the board's Executive Committee, Strategy and Investment Committee, and Pricing Committee.
