CDB LEASING (01606) announced that as the buyer, it entered into a product procurement agreement with Shandong Zhisuo Information Technology on November 6, 2025. The seller agreed to sell, and the buyer agreed to purchase the procurement targets for a total consideration of RMB 1.04 billion.

The procurement targets consist of 1,198 domestically produced IT computer devices, with an assessed total value of approximately RMB 1.04 billion. The seller does not separately account for the pre-tax and post-tax profits of the procurement targets.

The product procurement agreement was signed in the ordinary course of business. The agreement aims to leverage the strengths of both parties and expand the company's market share in the computer equipment operating lease sector.

CDB LEASING will support China's "Technology Powerhouse" strategy by providing financing services for digital economy infrastructure.
