NetEase Music Cancels 7.63 Million Treasury Shares; Issued Share Count Rises Marginally in June

NetEase Cloud Music Inc. (abbrev. NetEase Music) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, detailing key equity movements and confirming compliance with Hong Kong Main Board public-float rules.

Authorised Capital • The authorised share capital remained unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 100,000.

Issued and Treasury Shares • Exercised options under the 2016 Pre-IPO Share Incentive Scheme added 2,100 new shares, lifting issued shares (excluding treasury shares) to 210.33 million. • On 12 June 2026, the company cancelled 7.63 million treasury shares, reducing the treasury share balance to zero. • Total issued shares now stand at 210.33 million; no shares remain in treasury.

Capital Raised • Option exercises generated proceeds of HKD 0.18 million during the month.

Equity Incentive Plans • After the latest exercises, 592,510 options remain outstanding under the Pre-IPO Share Incentive Scheme. • Under the 2022 RSU Plan, 2.01 million restricted share units are outstanding; these will be settled with existing shares and do not impact the authorised share capital unless converted.

Public Float Compliance • NetEase Music affirmed that it continues to meet the minimum 25% public-float requirement stipulated by Main Board Rule 13.32B.

Filing Details • The Monthly Return was submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 July 2026 and signed by Company Secretary Ella Wong Wai Yee.
