Justin Allen shifts Paul Lui to non-executive role effective 1 Aug 2026

Justin Allen Holdings Limited announced that Director Mr. Lui Ho Ming Paul will transition from executive director to non-executive director with effect from 1 August 2026, citing personal development reasons. Mr. Lui has confirmed no disagreements with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention in relation to the change.

Under a newly signed three-year letter of appointment, Mr. Lui will receive an annual director’s fee of HKD 0.36 million. The agreement can be terminated by either party with at least two months’ written notice and remains subject to the Company’s rotation and re-election requirements.

Mr. Lui, aged 60, joined the Board as an independent non-executive director in July 2019 and was re-designated as an executive director on 1 January 2025. He holds master’s degrees in economics from Macquarie University and in electronic commerce from Hong Kong Metropolitan University, and brings over 20 years of corporate-finance experience. His previous roles include independent non-executive director at Century Energy International Holdings Limited (August 2021–September 2024), director at Zhong Bu Development Singapore Pte. Ltd. (March–June 2024) and consultant at Altus Capital Limited (April 2023–January 2025). He currently serves as a director of the Company’s subsidiaries in Kenya and Cambodia.

As at 28 July 2026, the Board comprises three executive directors—Mr. Tam Kwok Pui, Ms. Yeung Suk Foon Paulina and Mr. Lui—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Woo Chun Fai, Mr. Mak King Sau and Ms. Lau Jeny.
