WuXi XDC Cayman Inc. disclosed that between 6 July and 14 July 2026 it issued a total of 2.00 million new ordinary shares upon option exercises under its 2021 and 2023 Pre-IPO Share Option Schemes.
The new shares lifted the company’s outstanding share count from 1.26 billion to 1.26 billion (1,264.11 million), representing a 0.16% expansion of the issued share base.
• 2021 Scheme: 1.07 million shares were exercised at prices of HKD 1.8024–2.0307. This includes a single tranche of 1.00 million shares taken up by a director at HKD 1.8024.
• 2023 Scheme: 0.93 million shares were exercised at HKD 4.8919–7.501, with the largest allotment being 445,166 shares at HKD 4.8919.
Across all tranches, exercise prices ranged from HKD 1.80 to HKD 7.50 per share, implying gross proceeds of roughly HKD 6.55 million.
Following the transactions, WuXi XDC has no treasury shares outstanding and reported no share repurchases or on-market sales of treasury stock during the period. All issuances were authorised by the board and complied with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and relevant regulations.
