Centurion Accommodation REIT said on Nov, 28 2025 that it has allocated the cash raised from its initial public offering and related financings, and provided a breakdown of the proceeds’ utilisation.
The trust raised about 1.513 billion Singapore dollars from the issue of units and received an additional 404.8 million Singapore dollars from loan facilities, bringing total cash available to roughly 1.918 billion Singapore dollars.
Of this amount, 1.794 billion Singapore dollars was used to acquire the initial portfolio, 66.1 million Singapore dollars covered transaction costs—including an additional 4.6 million Singapore dollars recently applied—and 30.1 million Singapore dollars in working capital was directed to repay a revolving credit facility.
The manager, Centurion Asset Management, said it will provide further updates once any remaining proceeds are materially disbursed.
