COFCO JOYCOME (01610) announced that due to work reassignment, Ms. Jin Qiu has resigned as the company's Joint Company Secretary, effective December 23, 2025. The Board further announced that Ms. Zhou Qingling has resigned as the company's Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and Authorized Representative for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law) and Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules, effective December 23, 2025.

From December 23, 2025, Ms. Wang Xiuling and Ms. Wu Yongshan have been appointed as Joint Company Secretaries. Ms. Wu has also been appointed as the Authorized Representative and Authorized Representative for legal documents, effective the same date.
