LEADER EDU (01449) has announced that Mr. Cao Shaoshan has tendered his resignation as an Independent Non-Executive Director and as a member of the Board Audit Committee, the Board Remuneration Committee, and the Board Nomination Committee. This decision is to allow him to dedicate more time to his personal affairs and will be effective from January 30, 2026.

Concurrent with the effective date, Mr. Xu Xiong has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and as a member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee, and the Nomination Committee.
