TRAVELSKY TECH (00696) announced that Mr. Jiang Bo was elected as the company's Chairman, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and Chairman of the Strategy and Investment Committee (Legal Construction Committee) during the board meeting held on December 18, 2025. His term will commence from the date of election and approval by the board until the end of the current board's tenure.

Following board approval, Mr. Huang Rongshun has stepped down from his roles as Chairman, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and Chairman of the Strategy and Investment Committee (Legal Construction Committee). However, Mr. Huang will continue to serve as an Executive Director, member of the Strategy and Investment Committee (Legal Construction Committee), and General Manager.
