GUANZE MEDICAL (ASX: 02427) has announced a series of changes to its board and executive leadership team, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Zhenyu Guo has resigned from his position as an executive director of the company. Additionally, Ms. Cathy Meng has stepped down from her roles as a non-executive director and a member of the board's nomination committee.

Concurrently, the company has appointed Ms. Jiang Ceman as an executive director, the chairperson of the nomination committee, and a member of the board's remuneration committee. Ms. Qin Jingying has been appointed as an executive director. Further leadership changes see Ms. Jiang Ceman appointed as the company's chief executive officer and chairperson of the board, as well as an authorized representative, effective from the same date.

Mr. Meng Xianzhen will no longer serve as the chief executive officer, board chairman, or authorized representative. However, he will continue his tenure with the company as an executive director.
