Lingbao Gold Repurchases 1.22 million H Shares for HK $22.94 million, Trimming Free Float by 0.10%

Lingbao Gold Group Company Ltd. disclosed that on 18 May 2026 it bought back 1.22 million H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, representing approximately 0.10% of its issued H-share capital before the transaction.

The shares were repurchased within a price range of HK $18.59 to HK $19.22, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK $18.84 per share. The aggregate consideration amounted to HK $22.94 million. All repurchased shares will be held in treasury, lifting the company’s treasury share balance to 1.22 million.

Following the transaction, Lingbao Gold’s outstanding H-share count fell to 1.20 billion, down from 1.20 billion previously. The buy-back was executed under the mandate approved on 17 September 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 110.56 million shares; to date, 1.22 million shares (0.11% of the issued share capital at the mandate date) have been utilised.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Lingbao Gold is now subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 17 June 2026. The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable regulatory requirements.
