SAINT BELLA Inc. (2508) has entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Beijing Yunji Technology Co., Ltd. (02670.HK), a provider of robotics service intelligence in the People’s Republic of China. According to the announcement dated January 19, 2026, the partnership focuses on combining artificial intelligence and robotics to modernize postpartum care and related home care services.

The initiative seeks to incorporate SAINT BELLA Inc.’s postpartum center network and extensive clinical data to refine and optimize AI models. Meanwhile, Yunji Technology will contribute its AI agent algorithms, service robot expertise, and Internet of Things dispatching system. Both parties plan to integrate various intelligent devices — such as remote temperature monitors and growth-tracking equipment — through application programming interfaces, forming a closed-loop framework of data collection and real-time service feedback.

The initial phase of the collaboration will concentrate on upgrading approximately 150 offline caregiving scenarios with robotics and AI to create a self-optimizing service ecosystem. This approach aligns with SAINT BELLA Inc.’s longer-term goal of developing Dr. Bella, an AI agent providing real-time, personalized care recommendations. Plans under consideration include establishing a joint venture and a maternal and infant care robotics laboratory, as well as extending these technology-driven services to global markets.

The announcement also notes that SAINT BELLA Inc. has recently invested in WITH1000, an AI service provider in the maternal and infant industry, expanding its data repository for Dr. Bella through more than 10 million sets of clinical care records. While the parties have yet to finalize a legally binding agreement, the cooperation marks a significant step in SAINT BELLA Inc.’s transition into a technology-powered home care platform.
