Bulletin Express
04/02

Shenzhen-based robotics firm DOBOT (Shenzhen Dobot Corp Ltd) has reshuffled its company secretarial team, effective 2 April 2026.

Mr. Wang Yong has stepped down from his role as Joint Company Secretary due to an internal work re-allocation but remains an Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer and Deputy General Manager.

The Board has simultaneously appointed Mr. Ni Yaoqing, currently Secretary to the Board, as the new Joint Company Secretary. Although Mr. Ni does not hold the professional qualifications stipulated under Hong Kong Listing Rules 3.28 and 8.17, the Stock Exchange has granted a three-year waiver starting from his appointment date.

Key waiver conditions: 1. Mr. Ni must receive continuous assistance from existing Joint Company Secretary Ms. Ching Shuk Wah Shirley throughout the waiver period. 2. The waiver may be revoked if DOBOT commits any material breach of the Listing Rules.

Before the waiver expires, DOBOT must demonstrate to the Stock Exchange that Mr. Ni has gained sufficient experience to continue discharging company secretarial duties without further relief.

The Board extended a formal welcome to Mr. Ni in his expanded role. As of the date of this announcement, DOBOT’s Board comprises three Executive Directors (Mr. Liu Peichao, Mr. Wang Yong, Mr. Jiang Yu), one Non-executive Director (Mr. Lang Xulin), and three Independent Non-executive Directors (Mr. Li Yibin, Mr. Ng Jack Ho Wan, Dr. Hou Lingling).
