MEMESTRATEGY (02440) announced that Ms. Pan Jiaying has submitted her resignation letter to resign from her positions as company secretary of the Company, authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules"), and agent for service of process and notices on the Company in Hong Kong as required under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with effect from September 26, 2025.

Following Ms. Pan's resignation, the Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Li Jinwei and Ms. Ou Zheng have been appointed as joint company secretaries of the Company, with effect from September 26, 2025. The Board is also pleased to announce that Mr. Li Jinwei has been appointed as authorized representative and agent for service of process and notices, with effect from September 26, 2025.

Following the above changes, the authorized representatives are Mr. Chen Zhancheng and Mr. Li Jinwei.
