Prudential plc (PRU) discloses share awards to senior executives

Prudential plc (PRU) has reported the vesting of share awards to several persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs), following the release of awards granted under the company’s Global Long Term Incentive Plan and Deferred Annual Incentive Plan.

On Mar, 27 2026, the trustee of the Prudential plc Employee Share Trust transferred ordinary shares of 5 pence each on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to the following executives for nil consideration:

• Anette Bronder, Chief Technology and Operations Officer – 18,587 shares (2025 LTIP award).

• Ben Bulmer, Chief Financial Officer – 103,745 shares in total, comprising 16,526 (2023 LTIP), 44,297 (2024 LTIP) and 42,922 (2025 LTIP).

• Catherine Chia, Chief Human Resources Officer – 45,566 shares in total, comprising 3,901 (2023 LTIP), 21,567 (2024 LTIP) and 20,098 (2025 LTIP).

• Avnish Kalra, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer – 109,421 shares in total, comprising 28,303 (2023 LTIP), 49,500 (2024 LTIP) and 31,618 (2025 LTIP).

• Angel Ng, Regional CEO, Greater China; Group Customer, Wealth and Product – 9,275 shares (2025 LTIP award).

• Kenneth Rappold, Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer – 13,821 shares (2025 LTIP award).

• Anil Wadhwani, Chief Executive Officer – 34,907 shares under the 2025 Deferred Annual Incentive Plan.
