Sisram Medical Plans Share Buyback Program

Sisram Medical Ltd (01696) has announced its intention to exercise the powers granted to the board under the general mandate approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting held on June 24, 2026.

The board has resolved that, subject to market conditions, the company intends to repurchase its shares on the open market from time to time, in an amount up to 1% of the total number of issued shares of the company as of the date of this announcement.

The use of the repurchased shares, including cancellation of the repurchased shares or holding them as treasury shares, will be determined by the company based on its capital management needs.

The board believes that the share buyback program demonstrates the company's confidence in its business prospects and long-term development, and will ultimately benefit the company and create value for shareholders.

The board is confident that the implementation of the share buyback program will not have an adverse impact on the company's financial position or its ordinary course of business. Accordingly, the board considers that implementing the share buyback program is in the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.

The implementation of the share buyback program will be subject to the share buyback authorization, the applicable provisions of the company's articles of association, the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, the Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buy-backs, and other applicable laws and regulations.
