IMS Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 08136) announced that, effective 10 March 2026, Executive Director Ms. Fok Yee Man has joined the company’s Nomination Committee.

With this appointment, the committee now comprises four members: • Mr. Ha Yiu Wing (Independent Non-executive Director, Chairman) • Mr. Li Chun Hung (Independent Non-executive Director) • Dr. Wilson Lee (Independent Non-executive Director) • Ms. Fok Yee Man (Executive Director)

The updated composition introduces one female member, satisfies the requirement for a majority of independent non-executive directors, and aligns with the new Corporate Governance Code Provision B.3.5 under the GEM Listing Rules, which encourages diversity in board committees.

The board expressed confidence that the change will enhance overall corporate governance and formally welcomed Ms. Fok to her new role.

As of the announcement date, the board of directors consists of Mr. Tam Yat Ming Andrew (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer), Ms. Fok Yee Man (Executive Director), and three Independent Non-executive Directors—Mr. Li Chun Hung, Mr. Ha Yiu Wing, and Dr. Wilson Lee.
