HAIER SMARTHOME (ASX: 06690) has announced adjustments to the composition of its board committees.

At the 6th meeting of the 12th board of directors held on June 25, 2026, the board approved changes to the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee.

The members of the Audit Committee are now Mr. Xiao Yaoxi, Mr. Yu Handu, Mr. Li Shaohua, Mr. Wu Qi, and Mr. Wang Hua, with Mr. Xiao Yaoxi serving as its chairman.

The Nomination Committee members are now Mr. Li Shipeng, Mr. Wu Qi, Ms. Sun Danfeng, and Mr. Xiao Yaoxi. Mr. Li Shipeng has been appointed as the chairman of this committee.

The terms for the members of these specialized board committees are effective from the date of board approval and will last until the conclusion of the 12th board of directors' term.
