GCL Technology Holdings Limited (abbreviated as “GCL Tech”) has announced the official release of its 2025 Annual Report, shareholder circular and proxy form. According to the notification dated 30 April 2026, the full English and Chinese versions of these materials are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.gcltech.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders whose shares are held through CCASS can obtain the documents in two ways:

1) Electronic access – Shareholders may receive e-mail notifications by submitting a functional e-mail address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. 2) Printed copies – For hard-copy delivery at no cost, shareholders should complete and sign the enclosed Request Form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or via e-mail to 3800-ecom@vistra.com.

If the company does not receive an e-mail address from an intermediary, future notices of publication will be dispatched in printed form until electronic details are provided. Shareholders can direct any inquiries to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333, available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).

The distribution preference indicated in the Request Form will remain effective for all future corporate communications until the shareholder submits revised instructions or until 31 December 2026, whichever is earlier.
