TENFU: Share Capital Steady at 1.08 Billion; 3,000-Share Buyback on 23 June Pushes Pending Cancellations to 145,000

Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited (TENFU) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 23 June 2026, confirming that its issued share capital remains unchanged at 1.08 billion ordinary shares following the latest trading day.

On 23 June 2026 the company repurchased 3,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$2.62 and HK$2.63, spending HK$7,880. These shares are earmarked for cancellation.

Since 8 May 2026, TENFU has accumulated 145,000 shares for cancellation that were not yet removed from the register as of 23 June. The shares were bought back in 30 separate transactions at prices ranging from HK$2.63 to HK$2.86, equivalent to about 0.013% of the current issued share base.

Under the repurchase mandate approved on 11 May 2026, TENFU is authorised to buy back up to 108.28 million shares. To date, 157,000 shares—0.0145% of the share capital outstanding on the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authority.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, TENFU is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 23 July 2026.
