At the "Boao Sina Finance Night 2026" event held on March 25 in Boao, themed "Competing with Intelligence: The Industrial Revolution and New Global Rules in the AI Era," Huang Wei, founder of UNISOUND, delivered a speech.

Discussing the "Hundred Shrimps War," Huang Wei stated that the so-called "lobster" actually represents a new type of future application, and this trend is irreversible.

In his view, for many individuals, failing to master AI, utilize AI, or leverage its capabilities in an era of knowledge equity will result in insufficient competitiveness. For individuals, if they cannot quickly transition to new working methods by "raising lobsters," their personal competitiveness may be significantly impacted.

For enterprises, Huang Wei pointed out that the situation is one of change and chaos. "Many companies, whether large or small, hope to seize this opportunity because it is unprecedented. Whether it was the PC internet or mobile internet, they were extensions of capabilities; the giants of the portal era remained giants because it was essentially just a change in the context and devices for going online. But this time, it is entirely different."

Additionally, he introduced new terms—token and dimension—as well as a new business model: token globalization. "Previously, we globalized by selling cars and appliances; now we sell tokens. We can transform 50 cents worth of electricity into a $2 token for global expansion. This represents a new form of competitiveness for China."

Huang Wei emphasized the critical importance of artificial intelligence. "At the national level, even if we currently perceive AI as uncontrollable and threatening, we are still fully committed to advancing it. However, safety considerations must be integrated into the process, with both aspects progressing simultaneously. Neither leg can afford to lag; otherwise, it will be difficult for us to win future competitions."
