On 8 April 2026, Atlinks Group Limited released its 2025 Annual Report in both English and Chinese versions. The documents are now accessible on the company’s website (www.atlinks.com) and on the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends shareholders review the online (“Website Version”) report to enhance efficiency and reduce paper consumption. Registered shareholders who have previously requested hard copies will receive the printed report automatically.

Shareholders encountering difficulties with email notifications or online access—or those preferring physical copies of the current and all future corporate communications—can complete and return the accompanying Reply Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label, or submit the form via email to 8043-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon request.

Maintaining an accurate, functional email address with the registrar remains each shareholder’s responsibility. Without a valid email on record, investors will only receive printed notices and actionable corporate communications until an updated address is provided.
