China Hongqiao (01378) has announced the successful early redemption of all its outstanding senior unsecured notes, which were set to mature in 2028. The company previously notified noteholders of its intention to redeem the full US$330 million 7.05% senior notes on September 11, 2026.

On the specified redemption date, China Hongqiao paid the redemption price equivalent to 100% of the principal amount of the notes, plus the applicable premium as defined in the indenture, along with accrued and unpaid interest up to but excluding the date of the optional redemption. The company confirmed that this redemption is not expected to have a material impact on its financial position.
