FLYDOO TECH (08069) announced that on September 30, 2025, the Group entered into property lease agreements with Zhengtian (Zhengtian Investment Limited) to lease office properties in Hong Kong for the Group's operations (the Leases), with lease terms running from October 1, 2025 to March 31, 2027. Under each property lease agreement, either party may terminate the agreement at any time during the lease term by giving not less than 30 days' prior written notice to the other party, and the tenant has no right to renew the lease agreements. The property is located at Units 706-708, 7/F, Lippo Sun Plaza, 28 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The properties under the Leases have been occupied by the Group as its offices since 2016. After considering the rental rates for similar offices in nearby locations and the potential relocation costs if the Group were to move out of the properties under the Leases, the directors (including independent non-executive directors) believe it is appropriate to continue using the properties under the Leases as the company's headquarters and offices to maintain stable operations of the Group in its daily and ordinary course of business, which is also in the interests of the company and its shareholders as a whole.
