Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited (trading as “ES SERVICES”) disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return detailing its latest share-repurchase activity and current share capital position.

On 7 July 2026, the company bought back 200,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HK$1.69 and HK$1.73, for a total consideration of HK$0.34 million. These shares are intended for cancellation but had not yet been cancelled as at the reporting date.

Since 31 March 2026, ES SERVICES has repurchased 11.55 million shares that remain pending cancellation, equivalent to roughly 0.67% of the 1.72 billion issued shares outstanding as of 7 July 2026. The cumulative cash outlay for these pending-cancellation shares is estimated at HK$21.12 million, implying a volume-weighted average repurchase price of about HK$1.83 per share.

Focusing on the current authorisation, shareholders approved a new repurchase mandate on 13 May 2026 for up to 171.74 million shares. From 19 May through 7 July 2026, the company has acquired 6.35 million shares under this mandate—approximately 0.37% of the shares in issue at the mandate date—at an average cost of HK$1.83 per share. The mandate utilisation rate stands near 3.70%.

Despite the ongoing buybacks, ES SERVICES’ total issued share capital remains unchanged at 1.72 billion shares because none of the repurchased shares have yet been formally cancelled. In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling any treasury shares until 6 August 2026.
