According to the announcement, the company’s total authorized/registered share capital remained at RMB 441,011,443, with no changes recorded during the month. This consists of 441,010,235 H shares (par value RMB 1 each) and 1,208 unlisted foreign shares (par value RMB 1 each). Following no increase or decrease in issued shares, both the number of H shares issued and unlisted foreign shares remained the same at 441,010,235 and 1,208 respectively.
