ZYLOXTB spends HKD 1.11 million to repurchase 62,500 H shares, lifting treasury stock to 12.17 million

Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as ZYLOXTB) disclosed a share repurchase executed on 25 June 2026 under its existing mandate.

The company bought back 62,500 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 17.57 to HKD 18.07, for a volume-weighted average of HKD 17.78 per share. The aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 1.11 million.

Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 324.18 million, while treasury shares rose to 12.17 million. Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 336.35 million shares.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 13 May 2026, which authorises ZYLOXTB to buy back up to 32.72 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 3.02 million shares, representing 0.90% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, ZYLOXTB is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 25 July 2026.
