TCL Electronics Holdings Ltd (01070) has announced a change to its corporate secretarial team, effective from 4 September 2026. The company confirmed that Mr Chen Ming will step down from his roles as co-company secretary and secretary to the board of directors on that date.

In a related move, Mr Song Honghai, who currently serves as the company's deputy general manager and oversees capital market affairs for the group, will succeed him as co-company secretary. Mr Song's appointment is for a three-year term, also commencing on 4 September 2026.

Following his resignation, Mr Chen will continue to hold directorships in certain subsidiaries of the group. This allows him to dedicate more time to focusing on the group's North American business operations and financial management responsibilities.
