On the evening of March 20, the 2026 "Malanshan Cup" AIGC Original Animation Innovation Contest was officially launched. The competition is guided by the China Audio-Video and Digital Publishing Association and the China Animation Association, jointly organized by China South Publishing & Media Group Co., Ltd., Mango TV, and Jin Ying Cartoon, with support from Hunan Malanshan Group Co., Ltd. The event focuses on the deep integration of AIGC technology with animation and comic creation, calling for innovative talent, cutting-edge ideas, and high-quality IP projects from across society.

To encourage creative enthusiasm, the contest has established a prize pool of one million yuan, with the highest individual award amounting to 150,000 yuan. In addition to monetary incentives, winning entries may be included in China South Publishing & Media Group's publishing plans and Mango TV's film and television adaptation initiatives.
