Berkshire initiated a holding in New York Times that is now worth about $375 million. New York Times stock is up about 3.6% in overnight trading to $76.67 in reaction to the Berkshire news after rising 1.5% in regular trading and hitting a new 52-week high.

Sandisk stock fell 2% in overnight trading following an announcement that Western Digital Corporation plans to sell approximately $3.1 billion worth of Sandisk shares.

Nvidia, Meta jumped about 0.6% each while AMD fell over 2% in overnight trading. Nvidia on Tuesday said it has signed a multiyear deal to sell Meta Platforms millions of its current and future artificial intelligence chips, including central processing units that compete with products from Intel and Advanced Micro Devices.

Applied Digital stock plunged 8.76% in overnight trading. Nvidia dissolves share stake in Applied Digital in 4Q, according to SEC Filing.
