CH ENV RES-NEW (01130) announced that all conditions under the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the placement was successfully completed on December 2, 2025, in accordance with the terms of the agreement. The placing agent has successfully allocated a total of 74.1 million placement shares to no fewer than six placees at a price of HK$0.468 per share. The net proceeds from the placement, after deducting all related costs, fees, expenses, and commissions, amount to approximately HK$34.01 million.
