As of the date of this announcement, Ms. Zhou Zhuqing, a shareholder of the company, holds 210,000 shares of Beijing Sinohytec Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), representing approximately 0.09% of the Company's total share capital and 0.11% of its total A-share capital.

Due to personal capital needs, Ms. Zhou Zhuqing plans to reduce her shareholding in the Company through a centralized bidding method within three months starting 15 trading days after the disclosure of this reduction plan.

The total number of shares to be sold shall not exceed 52,400 shares, which is equivalent to no more than 0.02% of the Company's total share capital.
