Archosaur Games Inc. (the “Company”) will convene an extraordinary general meeting on 17 December 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in Quanzhou, Fujian, to consider a resolution related to a renewed cooperation framework with Tencent Computer. This new agreement, dated 3 November 2025, covers continuing connected transactions for intellectual property (IP) licensing and exclusive publishing of the Company’s games from 1 January 2026 through 31 December 2028.

Shareholders are invited to vote on approving the proposed annual caps and authorizing the Company’s directors to execute further documents or arrangements needed to implement the agreement. The meeting will take place at the Meeting Room, 3F, Kaipuu Belfry Hotel, Licheng District, Quanzhou, Fujian, the PRC. Shareholders wishing to attend must submit relevant proxy documents according to the instructions provided. If approved, any director will be authorized to finalize requisite actions on behalf of the Company.
